Happy 2019!
This album is somewhat of a different one. For this album, I have made use of my new Casio CTK-2400. In addition to using presets, I also was able to run the keyboard through an amp, creating a black metal sound on some tracks. Other tracks are more standard (by Poppet standards) dungeon synth. Lamiamentation is composed in the locrian scale.
Thematically, this album deals with death and fate more than my other albums, with destiny, mourning, and preparing for the future. It may be solemn and bleak now, but mayhaps something numinous this way comes.
